All liquid functionalities can be controlled on this page including filling of the main and clean tank, and available programs for cleaning the machine.

Fill Stop

Fill your machines till a specific point with the fill stop. It enables you to fill in the quantity to be added or the total quantity. This is possible for the amount of liters and amount of hectares. The hectares that you can spray are based on the current target application rate.

You can start filling by pressing the play button or controlling the tank display outside of the cabin.

  1. Fill stop indicator

  2. [Add fill volume] - enter the volume to be added

  3. [Total fill volume] - enter the total volume

  4. [Add fill hectares] - enter the hectares to be added

  5. [Total fill hectares] - enter the total hectares

  6. [Switch tank]

    1. Unchecked - main tank

    2. Checked - clean tank

  7. [Fill slow]

  8. [Fill normal]

  9. [Fill fast]

Cleaning Program

After each spraying session, the system must be cleaned to ensure the maximum life of the valves. When leaving chemicals, dirt, and sand in the valves, they can become stuck after a certain amount of time.

LeapBox can handle a large variety of cleaning programs. Depending on you machine, certain programs will be invisible.

In the 'clean selection', you can select what needs to be cleaned: Boom only, full machine, or full machine extra clean.

In the 'residual water selection', you can select where the liquid needs to go to.

Warning: Make sure the machine is filled with clean water during the cleaning procedure.
