πΊοΈ Master Manual: Creating and Sending Taskmaps via Agromanager
This guide is divided into two main parts: first, setup the connection and exporting that map to LeapSpace for wireless machine delivery and second, generating a precision taskmap in Agromanager.
1. Connecting BBLeap to your Agromanager account
This section details the necessary connection setup and the final step of sending the created prescription map to your machinery via LeapSpace.
1.1. π One-Time Connection Setup
Before exporting, you must link the two platforms:
Navigate to the Management tab in LeapSpace and select Partner Integration select Agromanager fill in the ID that is provided by Agromanager.
Connect your LeapSpace account to enable direct wireless transfer of prescription maps.
See this page for more information how to setup the partner integration.
2. Creating a Taskmap in Agromanager
This section covers the workflow from locating the GPS module to defining specific application rates for your crops or trees.
2.1. π Initiating the Task Card
There are two primary ways to start a new task card depending on whether you are working from a general field view or specific tree data.
Standard Method
Navigate to the GPS module on the left-side menu.
Select Task card to view your overview.
Click the + New task map button at the top right.
Tree Data Method
Navigate to the Map item after generating your dataset.
Use the Box select tool in the filter section to highlight specific trees.
Click the New task card button that appears at the bottom.
2.2. π οΈ Filling Spraying Task Data
Once the task is initiated, you must define the parameters of the operation.
Enter Details: Fill in the task card information. Fields marked with an * are mandatory.
Select Data: Indicate the Dataset and the specific Dataset layer you wish to use for this map.
Crop Assignment: On the right side, select which crop(s) the card applies to. You can search by Crop or by Plot.
Select GPS type: Choose BBLeap to automatically send it to LeapSpace
Save: Click Save to begin the generation process.
2.3. π― Class Distribution and Editing
Agromanager translates your data into specific machine instructions through "classes."
Generation: The system generates a class distribution (standard spraying uses 3 classes; root pruning or fertilizing uses 1).
Fine-Tuning the Map: Edit the application columns in the overview:
Lower/Upper Limit: The value range for the class.
Application (Top/Middle/Bottom): For sprayers, set the % for each nozzle section.
Root Pruning: Enter the desired depth % in the Middle application column.
Fertilizing: Enter the amount in Kilograms in the Middle application column.
